Health Science careers will continue to be in great demand and new medical technologies will only increase demand for skilled health care workers. Greenville Technical College offers a wide variety of healthcare programs that provide students with a strong balance of classroom and hands-on practice. GTC has established clinical agreements with many local and distant healthcare partners to provide students with full scope of clinical experiences. We also offer real-world clinical experiences on our Barton campus in our STAT (Simulation Technologies and Training) Center on lifelike human patient simulators and in our student-run clinics with real-life client experiences.

The programs within the Industrial, Manufacturing and Engineering Systems cluster are dedicated to providing opportunities to help develop students’ skills, knowledge and abilities. These courses are designed to enhance problem-solving skills and provide hands-on-experiences. Students seeking entry-level and/or advanced level skills will be prepared to enter the workforce directly or continue their education at a four-year university. Using state-of-the-art technologies, each program prepares the student for industry and leadership opportunities.
