The Planning and Transfer Headquarters (PATH) assists students in preparing their path to transfer, providing them information, resources, and academic planning services for a smooth transfer process.
PATH organizes Transfer Days on Tuesdays and Thursdays, where representatives from four-year colleges and universities are scheduled on campus to answer questions and help plan your transfer path.

What are articulation and transfer agreements?
Articulation agreements are designed for seamless transfer of GTC courses into a designated academic program at a four-year college or university. By meeting the requirements of the agreement, the credits you earn here at Greenville Technical College are guaranteed to transfer there and apply to your bachelor's degree program without losing credits or duplicating courses. An example of 2+2 articulation would be where a student graduates from GTC with an associate degree and enters the four-year college or university as a junior.

What is a transcript?
The transcript is a permanent academic record. It may show courses taken, grades received, academic status, and honors received. The college will not release the transcript of a student who owes any money to the college.
Sending Transcripts to Greenville Technical College
When a student desires to transfer credits from one college to another, an official transcript must be submitted to Admissions. Once the transcript is submitted, it is then evaluated to determine if course credit can be awarded.
